Bauma 2010 has once again fulfilled its role as the world's leading trade fair for construction machinery and has recorded figures that augur a turning point in the machinery market in Europe. More than 415.000 visitors from more than 200 countries have visited the event despite the limitations of air traffic and have had the opportunity to learn about the offer of 3.150 exhibitors in 555.000 square meters of exhibition space.

In this edition, the companies represented by Anzeve have participated again, which have advanced their new equipment for demolition, drilling, concrete cutting and surface preparation.

Demolition
The leading firm in the design and manufacture of demolition equipment by remote control, Brokk, has presented the latest model of the brand. Brok 160, a new dimension of robots, combining impressive power with light weight (1600 kg) for great application versatility. The new robot is 12% more powerful than the next model in the range, Brokk 180, and has the capacity to carry the same tools as it.

Brokk 160 reinforces the middle segment of the range and is the answer to the demands of many customers. With this new contribution, Brokk confirms its constant commitment to the research and development of new equipment and its leadership position in the field of technical demolition.

The German brand Darda has unveiled the new Darda CC 700 shear , available in versions for concrete and steel. This powerful tool is only suitable for carriers weighing over 7 tons or for the Brokk 400. The concrete version boasts a demolition force of 70 tons and a cutting force of 222 tons, a 660-millimeter opening, and a total weight of 595 kilograms. The specifications of the steel version, the Darda CC 700S, are equally impressive: a cutting force of 181 tons, a maximum opening of 271 millimeters, and a total weight of 690 kilograms.

Conjet used its participation in BAUMA to launch a range of new hydrodemolition robots and frames. The Conjet Nalta is the world's smallest and lightest hydrodemolition rig, developed to replace manual lance work. The Nalta is a flexible and versatile frame that operates from tubular scaffolding and improves safety by being remotely controlled. As for robots, the Conjet 365 is the brand's latest offering, designed based on Conjet's extensive experience in developing hydrodemolition equipment. Highly powerful, it can operate with a reaction force of up to 2000N, equivalent to the force generated by a 550 kW hydraulic pump. Its improved reach (the multi-position arm can move from the center of the rig to the sides), along with its rotational capability, allows it to work in multiple positions, up to 6,4 meters above and 3,3 meters below the rig.

Drilling
Ripamonti expands its range of drilling equipment with a new line of injection pumps. The injection pump Ripamonti  it is a piece of equipment, available in electric or hydraulic versions, with very advantageous characteristics: reduced size, manageability, simplicity of design, high performance and easy maintenance. This tool can mix and pump cementitious mortars with a grain size of up to 4 millimeters, continuously and without difficulty. HTC, the leading brand in machinery and tools for surface polishing, has surprised at BAUMA with the presentation of a complete range of new equipment for surface preparation.

HTC Greyline is a new series of high-quality, high-performance polishers and vacuum cleaners at a very competitive price, enabling new segments of the surface preparation market to work with HTC equipment. The new range consists of four polisher models, two vacuum cleaner models, and diamond tools for grinding and leveling surfaces.
