Quick and efficient chimney demolition

The "Brokk method" for demolition of industrial chimneys allows these large structures to be dismantled cleanly, quickly and in complete safety. By installing a simple lifting platform, the robots access the end of the chimney and descend as the demolition progresses. Debris falls down the inside of the chimney without causing major problems.

This method allows demolition to be carried out in a much shorter time than is necessary with other traditional techniques such as hand tools, without the need to place cumbersome machinery such as telescopic cranes and without resorting to dangerous methods such as blasting.
