The technology:
The heart of the patented Wassara drilling system is the water-powered DTH hammer.
This is the most environmentally friendly percussion drilling method available today: it runs on water and no oil is used for lubrication, meaning no air or water pollution. In addition, water also effectively removes dust.
The incompressibility of water is a key factor that enables the characteristics of the Wassara hammer system. It also offers significant energy savings compared to DTH air technology and reduces the energy demand to drive the hammer.
