Special sealing. High protection against stains

This hybrid lithium-silicate product penetrates deep into the surface and reacts with hydrated calcium silicate (CSH), which progressively hydrates the wearing course and crystallizes. Improves resistance to abrasion, waterproofs and prevents dust on the surface.

Being a silica hybrid, it also reduces liquid penetration and dirt. The surfaces are easier to clean and the shine increases.

The product does not change the color, it only highlights it. Water absorption is reduced, but it allows you to breathe.

OBTEGO R-30 can be applied on porous floors, concrete, terrazzo tiles, polished and troweled terrazzo,… For example, in industrial floors, logistics centers, premises, supermarkets and in private homes, indoors and outdoors.
