This balancing system for holding heavy tools provides great precision because it is designed to point to the center of gravity thanks to its multi-position support. The handling is totally flexible, allowing 360º movement both horizontally and vertically (for example in roof work). The operator can change tools without having to lift them from the platform floor thanks to the two rotating arms.
Holding heavy tools at height
The tool balancer works thanks to a set of valves that control the raising and lowering of the arm. Once the operator stops holding the tool handle, the system stops instantly.
Gravity Joe is composed of a main balance unit, vertical support guides (either single or double), the horizontal sliding bar, arm and tool holder, plus gripping and locking systems.
Complies with the machinery directive 2006-42CE.
They can be installed in any aerial platform and pthat maximum manageable of the load applied on Gravity Joe's arm is 15 kg, 4-6 Bar of pressure of the pneumatic circuit.
