Hydrodemolition Nalta 101

It is the most compact and lightest hydrodemolition equipment in the world.

Selective removal of concrete in narrow and confined areas, such as between a building and scaffolding.

This model is also suitable for other applications such as cleaning and rust removal from steel.

It quickly disassembles into components small enough to be carried by one person.

It has been developed to replace manual lances with greater productivity and safety.

How does hydrodemolition work with Nalta 101?

101 Nalta consists of a horizontal beam with oscillating cutting head, a hydraulic unit and a remote control panel.

The oscillating boom, fixed to the headstock, slides 1.1 m along the center beam, which can also be extended to a length of 3.3 m with the addition of two additional sections. The device automatically rotates the boom angle when it reaches the end of the center beam. The boom incorporates a hydraulic advance control at each end, which automatically raises or lowers the fixed or mobile structure/scaffolding tubes.

This system avoids the need to install electrical sensors and allows the equipment to be used underwater.

Thanks to the innovative, patented protection, only one set of hydraulic hoses is required to control all functions, including the angle of the oscillating lance and head movements.

It is powered by a hydraulic unit which in turn is powered by a 230 V 10 A single-phase power supply, mounted on a trolley for easy transport.

The operator controls all movements of the 101 Nalta from a safe location thanks to the remote control panel.
