CINTEC: Structural repair systems in rehabilitation

Presentation of CINTEC: anchors for the rehabilitation of structures

CINTEC has developed a patented method of reinforcement and structural anchorage, adaptable to all types of
of repair and rehabilitation needs, of all kinds of structures (historical buildings, monuments, dikes, dams, bridges,...).

CINTEC 's structural rehabilitation system consists of an internal fixing element (generally one or more stainless steel, carbon fiber, or glass bars) covered with a porous polyester mesh. A special non-shrink mortar is injected into the mesh under low pressure. The mortar is trapped within the mesh and conforms to the structure into which the anchor is inserted.

Thus, a mechanical and chemical adhesion is achieved in a single process. This allows the system to be very efficient, with a much lower number of anchors than other systems on the market.

In addition, the CINTEC system is totally invisible once it is in place and adapts to the needs of each project.

In summary, it is a very versatile method of structural reinforcement with the aim of creating tailor-made solutions for each particular case.
