Kiln access ramps

Furnace access ramps allow personnel to easily enter and exit during furnace maintenance. They are designed by professional certified engineers.

Its manufacturing material, high grade 6061 T6 aluminum. This material allows reducing the weight to half the weight of steel and being just as strong.

Thanks to their light weight, the kiln access ramps are easy to handle and install. (They usually take between 1.5 and 2 hours to install)

 

They can support 6,804 lbs. (1500 kg) of cargo with a 3.1 safety factor.

They increase productivity by improving speed and efficiency by allowing easy access to materials. They are also custom designed to fit perfectly.

Staff ramps are also available to increase entry and exit security.
